Raleigh Adult Tumbling Classes - Enso Movement
Our tumbling classes connect several acrobatic, gymnastic, and trampoline skills in exciting combinations. Having trouble with handsprings? Want to learn backflips? We practice foundational tumbling skills to build power, creativity, and expression in our class. Our goals are to have fun by exploring and learning linear, acrobatic skills.
This class aims to provide you with the skills and abilities to practice tumbling in a safe and smart manner. We’ll utilize technical drills and exercises to increase our strength, power, and aerial awareness. Our coaches value safety by centering their lessons around step-by-step progressions.
New students and beginners can join in on our Tumbling 1+.
Every class is seventy-five minutes in length with an adequate warm-up, skills acquisition, and cooldown time. Exercises may include twisting, flipping, cartwheels, round offs, and more.
FOR TEENS AND ADULTS | Explore strength and power through tumbling skills. Safe and smart progressions will have us showing off moves in no time. This class is perfect for the enthusiastic cheerleader or freerunner working on their tumbling skills. Ages 12+.
